Your Health Has Got To Be Number 1

I talk to dozens of people every week about exercising and eating right. These people range from clients, colleagues and friends.

As I continue my pursuit to help the world get healthy and live longer, I am continuously amazed at the amount of people who put everything else first, before their health. Without question, the number one excuse that I hear from people who dont exercise is, I dont have the time. If this is you, you had better take a look at your priorities. Think about this: Everything else that comes first eg. work, family, and yes, television, means nothing if youre dead.
